Processing time

The time I need to process an order varies.
Generally 3 to 7 business days to process an order.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. 
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Wrong shipping adress policies

In the case an order is return to the seller because of a wrong adress
provide by the buyer, it is the buyer who will have to pay for the
new shipping fees in order to send back the package to the customer.

Parcels not claimed by the buyer

In the case a parcel is returned to the seller because the buyer did
not claimed the parcel at his pick-up point due to unsuccessful delivery
attemps, it is the responsability of the buyer to pay the additional
shipping cost.
